1. Legal and natural persons are eligible for participation. Natural persons must be 18 years of age.
2. Participation is possible online, by telephone or in written form.
3. Participants are responsible for the correctness of all personal information provided.
4. For each registration a registration number is given. The registration number and the raffle number are very important. The trustee Dr. Egger-Peitler is only able to find and contact the winner with correct numbers.
5. The right to participate is valid only after payment for raffle tickets.
6. Participants are able to register from any internet access point. Furthermore it is possible to register by telephone or in written form. In such a case participants get the registration number by telephone or in written form.
7. Each participant is allowed to register more than once.
8. An unused registration expires after 14 days and gets cancelled.
9. Payments lower than 99,- EUR or a surplus will be refunded less an arrangement fee of 19,- EUR.
10. The official date of the raffle is 12 February 2010. The raffle tickets all must be sold (14888 raffle tickets).
11. In case the raffle tickets are sold out earlier, the raffle can be held at an earlier date (all participants will get a note via email!). There must be 14 days between the sale of the last raffle ticket and the drawing of the winning ticket.
12. In case the raffle tickets are not sold out by the 12 February 2010, the prize-master has to decide has to decide based on economic factors whether the raffle has to be cancelled or not.
If the raffle is cancelled, each participant will get their money refunded less an arrangement fee of 19,- EUR. In this case the raffle will take place 6 months later.
13.Payments without correct reference numbers on the transfer forms will get donated to a charity.
14.Payments are supervised by the trustee. The trustee supervises the registration numbers as well.
15. The winning number has 5 digits. There are 5 boxes, which are non-transparent.
In 4 boxes there are similar, non-transparent, locked capsules with the digits 0-9 in them. The fifth box has 2 non-transparent, locked shells with the digits 0 and 1.
The fist drawn number will be the last digit in the winning number. The last box is the one with the last two digits.
The person who draws the capsules will be blindfolded.
The entire raffle will be supervised by a trustee and broadcast live, online via Web-Cam.
16.After the drawing the trustee will find out, whose number has been drawn.
17.After successful registration each participant agrees that personal data and pictures are allowed to be published in media (in case of winning the raffle) unless otherwise stated.
18. The winner will receive a notice via email and a letter by the trustee.
19.The winner must claim the Country Manor within 30 days. The deadline begins one day after the drawing.
If the winner doesn´t take the prize the trust must to hold a new drawing within 3 working days.
Within 14 days after contacting the winner, the deed of conveyance has to be signed.
20.The handing over of the prize must take place within 14 days after the drawing. There is no guarantee for specific condition, specific earning capacity, location, quality.
The lucky winner has to sign the title deed without delay.
21. All charges which are related to the raffle are paid by the previous owner.
22. All personal data used for registration is protected through secure transfers.
Furthermore, the participant agrees that the company H.M.S. Handel-Marekting-Service GmbH is allowed to use the data for their partners and themselves for email contacting and telephone calls for attractive offerings.
23.Austrian law is applicable to all disputes. No legal recourse is permitted.
24. There will only be one raffle held for the prize in question, and therefore a continuous intention to produce revenues it does not fall under the state gambling monopoly.
